RAIN has relieved the city dwellers……

The dusty wind blowing all around has made the life of the people pretty sturdy. And after such prolonged dusty weather, the recent shower in the city on 30th March 2010 has finally relieved the people from is unpleasant conditions. It had been raining the entire day but the rain stopped for a certain period in the evening leaving the climate cloudy. It was just after that the rain starts showering so heavily that filled most of the areas with flood. It was also the day of “Hanuman Jayanti”. Many followers were seen going for the temple to perform Puja. Overall the day ended quite wet leaving the night little chilly.

Rain has relieved the city

The recent shower in the city on 15th March 2010 Monday has finally comforted the people from the dusty weather. The wet land has made the environment quite cold. I had tried to capture the moment but the dirty dusty rain had poured me so badly that I could not trap more snaps.

A journey to the hilly world......

Hardly few months before, my elder sister along with her husband has paid a visit to the hilly region of Meghalaya. That’s not exact Meghalaya, but was the famous place, Cherrapunjee. They stayed back at “Cherra” resort of Laitkynsew village for three days. I saw those photographs and found it very captivating. I have uploaded few of the pictures; please have a look on these.
